Warm Front is pleased to hear from users and welcomes your comments regarding our products and services. Warm Front’s company policy does not allow us to accept or to consider creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials other than those we have specifically requested. We hope that you will understand that the intent of this policy is to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by Warm Front might seem to be similar to creative works submitted by users. We ask that you do not send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials for our business. If you do make submissions, such as creative ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs, proposals, plans or other materials, you agree that Warm Front may at any time, without restrictions, modify in any way and use any such materials.

Customer Remedy
Our company’s entire liability, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our option. We limit replacement regarding wholesale sales to 30 days from the delivery date to the customer, and for retail customers, to 10 days from the delivery date (the products must be returned to Warm Front within these time frames). All returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and contain the Warm Front tags unremoved from the items. You may not re-sell any products purchased from Warm Front without express written permission (such permission is not required for wholesale purchases).
These warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. Our company, and its suppliers, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This site and related sites may provide health and wellness information in an informational and educational manner only, with information that is general in nature and that is not specific to you, the reader. Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Colors, Style and Sizing
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and styles of our products that appear at the Sites. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color or style will be accurate. The colors and sizing may vary depending on the quality of your monitor and its resolution.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Warm Front harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, due to your use of the Sites and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.
Additional Costs
You agree to be responsible for and bear all costs for any and all taxes, tariffs, and governmental approvals that may be required, and also agree to obtain any required approvals.
Unsubscribe
Every email sent to members and non-members alike contains “unsubscribe” instructions so anyone who no longer wishes to receive communications may opt-out of receiving such communications. If at any time you experience trouble with unsubscribing, please contact customer service to assist you.
Legal Forum, Choice of Laws and Official Language
This offering is a contract between you, the buyer, and our business, the seller. The seller is located in the State of Nevada, U.S.A. and by doing business with us you agree that this offering is made from State of Nevada, U.S.A. and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the U.S.A. By electing to participate in this offer, you are entering into a contract.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the State of Nevada. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada, and that any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reno in the State of Nevada, USA.
The terms constituting this offering are set forth in writing on this Web site. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in Reno, Nevada, U.S.A. to resolve any disputes or litigation hereunder. Whether or not you choose to print this offering, containing the terms and conditions as described herein, you agree that this contract constitutes a writing.
This agreement is being written in English, which is to be the official language of the contracts, text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above terms and conditions, you have the option to not participate in this offer.
